Do we ship internationally?

Yes! We offer shipping to New Zealand, Thailand, Canada, UK, and most of Europe. Please be aware that Australian and international shipping prices have increased.

What sizes do we offer?

Our Soft Hands Neck Strap and Free Ride Strap are available in an array of sizes! To see the sizes available, and how to size your horse, check out our sizing chart.

Can I request a colour?

Yes! If we can source it, you can have it. Place your order, and let us know your special order colour in the additional details section. We will advise if there is any difficulty sourcing your particular colour request.

What if my product requirements are not listed?

We are happy to do custom orders where possible! Please contact us with your requests and we will let you know ASAP.

How much is postage?

We offer a flat rate tracked postage service to anywhere in Australia for $9.95. As a small business we aim to keep these costs to a minimum. International shipping is dependent on location but our flat rate will cover most locations, if we need to adjust the shipping we will contact you to advise.

Tasmanian customers MAY be able to access a pick-up or delivery service to some locations, please contact us to enquire if you qualify for this and maybe save some money!
